This provides cover to past and future directors and officers for losses arising out of claims made against them for whom they have not been indemnified by the corporation their serving.

Provides protection for trustees, employees, the employer and any said scheme in the event of claims brought forth. The policy covers settlement on legal action and the costs of defending actions.
